HOKS TS500 engine plant is currently the unique one of its sort which can turn waste into certified fuel-pyrolytic coke and pyrolytic oil by its cryogenic thermal dissolution of tyre-rubber waste. In case of tyres manufacturing the scrap metal /steel cord or steel cable ply of a tyre/ is the third output raw material. The whole process is fully automated and secured with minimum impact on the environment. The uniqueness of entire machinery is mainly based on the absence of smoke-flue and therefore insignificant influence on the climate.

Subsequent merits of a product:

• exiguousness - the unit is positioned on standardized container chassis – measurement 2,5 x 7,5 m
• possibility of assemblage of individual units into the set and getting optimal processed quantity of waste for assigned locality
• undemanding service operation – the whole process of manipulation is possible to secure by two trained workers
• safety in service – the whole process is protected against unexpected situation e.g./power cut, chest re-opening within the process or another unprofessional manipulation on the parts of maintenance/ by means of electronic, mechanical, acoustic and visual systems

The entire system is drawn to enable the waste usage /utilization/ free of adjoining load on the environment in accordance with authorized POH /Plan of Waste Management/ in the Czech Republic.
